A means to take our country back: The Monroe Doctrine
On December 2nd, 1823, President James Monroe gave his 7th annual message to Congress. It was coined The Monroe Doctrine, and it resonated all around the world. In this address, he warned European powers, including bankers, not to interfere in the affairs of the Western Hemisphere, and with that end in mind, implicitly stated that America would not influence or be involved in any way with the internal affairs of another country. In essence, the United States would live and let live, so long as there was no overt threat. (The doctrine is below.)
It was a surprise statement of policy, obscurely buried in what some thought was a mundane and routine message to Congress; it became the bulwark of a new foreign policy. It warned, without mincing words, that the United States would not tolerate further colonization or puppet monarchs by European Nations. It was designed not only to address the concerns of the moment, but to make it a permanent U.S. policy in the Western Hemisphere.
But as the years progressed, a document unprotected, untaught, and exposed, can deteriorate slowly, increment by increment, for other selfish and opportunistic designs. Below you will find the original document still intact, and quite possibly discover the very answer to our American dilemma, in her final hour.
In 1865 The Monroe Doctrine was invoked when the U.S. Government exerted both diplomatic and military pressure in support of the Mexican President Benito Juarez, which led to a successful revolt and expulsion of the Emperor Maximilian. Maximilian was installed into power by the French Government to serve their interests. To the America of that time, however, that was intolerable, and yet, amazingly, America uses The Monroe Doctrine to exact that same scenario on the world today... our CIA disposes of duly elected presidents, assassinates and coerce, destroy economies who do not participate in central banking, and orchestrates and finances war for profit, under the umbrella of a Monroe Doctrine interpretation.
Thirty-nine years later, in 1904, European creditors representing several Latin American countries threatened armed intervention to collect debts. Acting under the Monroe Doctrine, President Roosevelt responded with assertion, exercising what was called an "international police power' to curb such "chronic wrongdoing," and U.S.. Marines were sent to Santo Domingo in the year 1903, Nicaragua in 1911, and Haiti in 1915, basically to keep Europeans out. This strained relations with our southern neighbors, but protected America from foreign intrusion. And yet, amazingly, international banking cartels, who govern American, now uses the Monroe Doctrine as justification to police the world...
"In 1962, the Monroe Doctrine was invoked symbolically when the Soviet Union began to build missile-launching sites in Cuba. With the support of the Organization of American States, President John F. Kennedy threw a naval and air quarantine around the island. After several tense days, the Soviet Union agreed to withdraw the missiles and dismantle the sites. Subsequently, the United States dismantled several of its obsolete air and missile bases in Turkey."
During the Cold War, the Monroe Doctrine was applied to Latin America by the framers of U.S. foreign policy. When the Cuban Revolution (1953–1959) established a Communist government with ties to the Soviet Union, it was argued that the Monroe Doctrine should be invoked to prevent the spread of Soviet-backed Communism in Latin America. Under this rationale, the United States provided intelligence and military aid to Latin and South American governments that claimed or appeared to be threatened by Communist subversion. This, in turn, led to domestic controversy within the United States, particularly among the left who argued that the Communist threat and Soviet influence in Latin America was greatly exaggerate. In the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962, President John F. Kennedy cited the Monroe Doctrine as grounds for America's confrontation with the Soviet Union over the installation of Soviet ballistic missiles on Cuban soil.
The debate over this new interpretation of the Monroe Doctrine burgeoned in reaction to the Iran-Contra affair. It was revealed that the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency had been covertly training "Contra" guerrilla soldiers in Honduras in an attempt to destabilize and overthrow the Sandinista revolutionary government of Nicaragua and its President, Daniel Ortega. CIA director Robert Gates vigorously defended the Contra operation in 1984, arguing that eschewing U.S. intervention in Nicaragua would be "totally to abandon the Monroe Doctrine".
The Kerry Doctrine

President Barack Obama's Secretary of State John Kerry told the Organization of American States in November 2013 that the "era of the Monroe Doctrine is over." Several commentators have noted that Kerry's call for a mutual partnership with the other countries in the Americas is more in keeping with Monroe's intentions than the policies enacted after his death.
Critics of the Monroe Doctrine, such as Noam Chomsky, argue that in practice the Monroe Doctrine has been used as a declaration of hegemony and a right of unilateral intervention over the Americas: a sphere of influence “to leave America for the Americans” that would expand with the Roosevelt Corollary. Chomsky points to the work of filibusters, most notably William Walker, who tried to conquer and annex various countries in Latin America. Walker acted on his own in defiance of official U.S. policy."
Taking back America using the Monroe Doctrine
Today we are being enslaved by a corporation called the Federal Reserve, along with an international central bank cartel promoting and backing international corporations operating beyond our constitution and international law.
Unaccountable money is being printed out of thin air and put on the back of our heritage as debt slavery, without the consent of the people, and is indeed unconstitutional. They are working collectively, and in collusion, to both buy up and influence media, lobbying congress with threats and coercion, and in the process have virtually picked our presidents for their own selfish agendas for decades.
They come from countries that openly spy on us, threaten our sovereignty, our constitution and civil liberties, and lobbies our Congress to do their bidding unchecked and unimpeded, as they possess vast economical resources that stem from our debt. They have allowed themselves dual citizenship, and placed themselves in the highest of offices, making decisions for our future with super computers and scientific think tanks. At their bidding, we fight their wars, and with our tax money, supply arms to both sides, and though international law has deemed them both terrorists and imperialists, they remain protected in the folds of our flag. They have created a vacuum of lies, obscuring and rewriting history, with an imaginative wealth of deceit and taboo to hide behind, including the Monroe Doctrine. With this tool, they blatantly and willingly commit crimes against humanity in our name, and operate above the law. So powerful and savvy, they have confiscated what assets we have in Fort Knox, and refuse to let it be audited for over 55 years. It is even suggested that the gold and silver we are buying as a hedge against inflation, promoted by them to instill fear, is actually our own national treasure. So guarded, these accusations go unproved, just as our national forests are said to be used as collateral for our unsustainable debt, and the reason for the violence in Oregon, as by our Constitution, when a acquired territory becomes a state, all land should revert to the state.
Let us, as Patriots, invoke the Monroe Doctrine, and scatter these insiders to the four winds. Let us take this country back by rule of law, and bring back our Republic based on Constitutional Law to the light of truth. Let us regain our civil liberties as given to us by God, as acknowledged by our beloved Bill of Rights and insightful founders who knew that no one can grant us what God has already ordained every person with free will to have, Liberty from tyranny.

The Monroe Doctrine
... At the proposal of the Russian Imperial Government, made through the minister of the Emperor residing here, a full power and instructions have been transmitted to the minister of the United States at St. Petersburg to arrange by amicable negotiation the respective rights and interests of the two nations on the northwest coast of this continent. A similar proposal had been made by His Imperial Majesty to the Government of Great Britain, which has likewise been acceded to. The Government of the United States has been desirous by this friendly proceeding of manifesting the great value which they have invariably attached to the friendship of the Emperor and their solicitude to cultivate the best understanding with his Government. In the discussions to which this interest has given rise and in the arrangements by which they may terminate the occasion has been judged proper for asserting, as a principle in which the rights and interests of the United States are involved, that the American continents, by the free and independent condition which they have assumed and maintain, are henceforth not to be considered as subjects for future colonization by any European powers....
It was stated at the commencement of the last session that a great effort was then making in Spain and Portugal to improve the condition of the people of those countries, and that it appeared to be conducted with extraordinary moderation. It need scarcely be remarked that the result has been so far very different from what was then anticipated. Of events in that quarter of the globe, with which we have so much intercourse and from which we derive our origin, we have always been anxious and interested spectators. The citizens of the United States cherish sentiments the most friendly in favor of the liberty and happiness of their fellowmen on that side of the Atlantic. In the wars of the European powers in matters relating to themselves we have never taken any part, nor does it comport with our policy so to do. It is only when our rights are invaded or seriously menaced that we resent injuries or make preparation for our defense. With the movements in this hemisphere we are of necessity more immediately connected, and by causes which must be obvious to all enlightened and impartial observers.
The political system of the allied powers is essentially different in this respect from that of America. This difference proceeds from that which exists in their respective Governments; and to the defense of our own, which has been achieved by the loss of so much blood and treasure, and matured by the wisdom of their most enlightened citizens, and under which we have enjoyed unexampled felicity, this whole nation is devoted. We owe it, therefore, to candor and to the amicable relations existing between the United States and those powers to declare that we should consider any attempt on their part to extend their system to any portion of this hemisphere as dangerous to our peace and safety. With the existing colonies or dependencies of any European power we have not interfered and shall not interfere. But with the Governments who have declared their independence and maintained it, and whose independence we have, on great consideration and on just principles, acknowledged, we could not view any interposition for the purpose of oppressing them, or controlling in any other manner their destiny, by any European power in any other light than as the manifestation of an unfriendly disposition toward the United States. In the war between those new Governments and Spain we declared our neutrality at the time of their recognition, and to this we have adhered, and shall continue to adhere, provided no change shall occur which, in the judgment of the competent authorities of this Government, shall make a corresponding change on the part of the United States indispensable to their security.
The late events in Spain and Portugal show that Europe is still unsettled. Of this important fact no stronger proof can be adduced than that the allied powers should have thought it proper, on any principle satisfactory to themselves, to have interposed by force in the internal concerns of Spain. To what extent such interposition may be carried, on the same principle, is a question in which all independent powers whose governments differ from theirs are interested, even those most remote, and surely none more so than the United States. Our policy in regard to Europe, which was adopted at an early stage of the wars which have so long agitated that quarter of the globe, nevertheless remains the same, which is, not to interfere in the internal concerns of any of its powers; to consider the government de facto as the legitimate government for us; to cultivate friendly relations with it, and to preserve those relations by a frank, firm, and manly policy, meeting in all instances the just claims of every power, submitting to injuries from none. But in regard to those continents circumstances are eminently and conspicuously different. It is impossible that the allied powers should extend their political system to any portion of either continent without endangering our peace and happiness; nor can anyone believe that our southern brethren, if left to themselves, would adopt it of their own accord. It is equally impossible, therefore, that we should behold such interposition in any form with indifference. If we look to the comparative strength and resources of Spain and those new Governments, and their distance from each other, it must be obvious that she can never subdue them. It is still the true policy of the United States to leave the parties to themselves, in the hope that other powers will pursue the same course....

Hope for Liberty
The Monroe Doctrine has and is used today as justification for constant aggression and the profits it manufactures, subverted from a benign declaration to live and let live, has become the inspiration to subdue the word by any means necessary. Let us use the doctrine as it was originally meant to inspire, and wrest these usurping and tyrannical claws from the very throat of our beloved America.
You are wrong Mr. Kerry, the Monroe Doctrine can be used one more time.
Blue skies America, with Liberty and justice for all.
Fer’ Higher Ground
It’s an easterly wind that blows tonight,
And it moves through the waves with a song.
The sun left the day as a beautiful sight,
That I’ll remember the whole night long.
But the signs say a storm is heading ma’ way,
From icy clouds and a salmoned sky,
For with a moon that glowed orange all the day,
Shows ma old sailor’s wounds never lie.
The swells are laying higher upon the beach,
And the seabirds are none to be found.
And I’ve pulled me stern above it’s reach,
And made way for higher ground.
Horizon seems tame with a rum in me hand,
And from Jon’s pub comes a musical tune.
But the heart of this seaman yearns on dry land,
For the swell of the new tide’s spume.
I can smell the clouds there, past me sight,
As a tempest is bound for the coast.
An’ me Grace sure looks invit’en ta’night,
And in ’er berth I’d be warm as toast.
Choose yer battles, me pappa would say,
An me pappa, he raised him no lout.
For there’s tide enough coming for another day,
Hell! Its shore leave I’m talk’en about!
There’s rain there a’pound’in on the sill,
But that warm fire’s sure keep’en me.
Lil Grace here, she can’t get her fill,
Though she knows that me love is the sea.
You see, me pappa, he raised him no fool,
As me freedom is me only pay.
For if that sea breeze there just feels cool,
I’ll soon be follow’en the seabird’s way.

It came, multiplying in like kind,
From a strangers hand it found,
A pitiless path on primitive mind,
And a body of fertile ground.
It crossed the vacuums of the air,
A simplistic entity of genetic lie,
And found safe haven through my despair,
In the harbor of my eye.
Gates flew open with its master keys,
As antibodies rushed to defend,
On fields of blood a fever seethes,
Where the aches and chills begin.
Riots of cosmos, poisoned and cursed,
Battle germs of invadering bands,
Night air makes it far the worst,
As I sneeze into my hands.
Exhausted in a fitful sleep,
In dreams of twistering bits,
The invaders child drifts from its keep,
And on my hand it sits.
To rid the virus may seem coarse,
But to win one has to pay,
It’s fact invaders leave their host,
Only when given away.

Are you afraid to come out and say exactly how you feel about your government knowing full well the reason is social taboo? Do you look at the candidates and make a decision on who you would like to win based on what you think is good for America, and yet find others in direct opposition to your findings? How could it be that the standard you hold so profound seems to be at such odds with media, a source you once considered both informed and righteous? Could you have been so wrong? Does their inability to see the broader picture make you doubt yourself? Or is something else going on?
Do you question why some candidates are so maligned, so marginalized, when in your own research can find nothing but truth? Truth? Do you wonder why it would be a negative to be called a "truther"? A "Libertarian"? When you find both of these concepts the building blocks of a free and liberated America?
That sinking feeling tingles in your chest when you realize just how much is at stake, and as you see the workings of government to be a cold betrayal of your most fundamental and guiding principles, where both honor and moral codes are crushed, the loss fills you with dread. You see your liberty strangled, truth smothered by media, and as you pay attention you begin to see past the lies of your elected officials. You become embarrassed that you could have been so wrong, and question how we could have let this happen... How could we have all been so trusting? And through that fog we try to control a seething anger, a growing resentment bordering on bitterness, fear for your children's future, and even your share of guilt for the doings of a selfishly designed government who does evil in your name.
You turn the TV off before you retire, sitting for a moment in the quiet dark, and attempt to strap a well-hidden mask over it all. A futile effort to calm yourself... it is a mask that endeavors to hide these feelings of quiet desperation. And you drain your toddy, thinking that might help your sanity enough to sleep... but you soon realize that nothing but truth will calm you.
You are not alone.
It is evident that a growing number of Americas are finally trying to waking up and attempting to move in the right direction of individual responsibility, but we have a very long way to go. It isn't enough, we soon realize, to be paying attention, as it takes time and a great deal of effort to make a sound decision, a sound conclusion, in a world of deceit. With an open mind you try to figure out who we were, what we have become, and most importantly, who we want to be. You also want to know how it went wrong... You begin to see that without a sound understanding of the first two, we will be doomed to repeat them and your responsibly to understand it comes full circle as a goal. Both pragmatist and realists may conclude that the problems might now be out of our grasp to fix, and you become despondent, even paranoid in the process, and you feel paralyzed with fear. PATRIOT, take heart, this is just an illusion. You have MORE ability than you might think, more HOPE than you can realize, because TRUTH has a way of rising to the top. And just as your gut tells you, that little voice.... only truth will set us free...
Those in control of our country have deep roots and deep pockets and it is feared that they would rather see us dead than free. Some see them with no moral standard at all, and speculate from the gleanings of history that they are indeed very dangerous. Most, now awake, are seeing themselves as a slave to a system they not only mistrust, but do not fully understand. There is a lot to fear, because as we study history we realize that no country who has relinquished their Republic form of government has ever gotten it back without bloodshed. We want it back, we yearn for it, because we know by study just how much insight, sweat, and blood it took to create, and how easily it was seemingly lost. Out trust dissipates as our intellect shocks us into the realization that we have been betrayed, and that our lazy ignorance let it happen.
Since I have decided that Ron Paul is the only trusted candidate that can put us back on the proper track, (the avenue that made America a beacon for the world), there seems to be a price to pay. Suddenly you are culled and ostracized without any form of dialogue, and mostly justified by name calling. How can you explain that you want a strong and free America, and one based on individual responsibility, when you are talking to a person (or institution) who feels threatened by that standard? How can you explain that you have to draw a line, that you are tired of the constant fear, tired of paying for abortions for profit and carpet bombing to steal oil. Tired of the deceit, ...the bogus drama from every side from a media propaganda machine. Tired of being force-fed lies.
As you study economics you see the Federal Reserve manipulations that weaken us and the various special interest groups who lobby and feed on us like fat ticks. Groups that project us into a growing number of preemptive war theaters without congressional approval, grates on our sensibilities. Worldwide and American engineers see the inconsistency of 9-11, but will not be heard in Washington. But those nagging unanswered questions of an unreported 134.5BN smuggled bearer bonds said to be forgeries, dictator moratoriums designed to destroy our oilfields and make us dependant for another decade, as we see the attempt by Obama and Soros to build a deepwater infrastructure in Brazil for profit, in spite of its harm to our economy, to further undermine us... The paying of abortions around the world with our tax dollars, and the fortunes made by harvesting these fetuses for the rocketing fortunes of stem-cell research stocks haunts the very essence of loving Christian receptivity taught even at mother's knee. And our heart aches for those 52 percent of Christians who voted these Progressive opportunists into office...
When you finally understand a concept like "blowback," suddenly you see that there is a counter for everything done, no matter how it was originally designed or justified, and that we sow what we reap... You see that what you helped to promote has come back full force, and all of it is so evil, both sides so despicable, so blatantly wicked, that you feel an undeniable loathing that cannot be quenched by justification. It brings you to a place where you no longer trust or respect your government, but worst of all, you no longer trust and respect yourself.
Even now I am required by pain of law to supply 26 pages of personal information called The American Community Survey, ...information that could be used to dominate, control, and manipulate me. How can I trust a liar? 2.5 percent of our population have been randomly selected to fulfill this task... and yet it goes unreported.
We need a leader who will do the right thing for America. Though I have seen all Republican candidates with elements that might help, trust does not manifest when looking at both their past affiliations and voting record. That is the only way I can find to make a sound judgment...
In the middle of my many years of trying, only one man has remained consistent and constant, a champion for our liberty, and a strict constitutionalist. It is a revelation how rare men like Dr. Paul are, and how valuable is his sound reasoning based on the very precepts that originally made this country a virtual light of the world of free enterprise, and liberty from tyranny.
We must have faith in ourselves, and stay the course. We must remember that the pioneer spirit and dreams of our ancestors flows through our veins. Our republic is ours, if only we have the fortitude to stand fast and grasp it... and know this... even if Dr. Paul is not allowed by the power elite to get the GOP nomination, even if he is marginalized by the lying influence of propaganda and persuasion, even if our country self destructs by international manipulations or the twisting pain of manufactured social cancers, the truth of Dr. Paul will ring as a beacon of hope. His predictions that span two generations have come to pass, and with time will be the primary and fundamental resolve to build again. Yes, we have hope, and we can have trust again too. We have a blueprint to make it happen, and that is called the US Constitution. Any group, any ideal, any religion who attempts to harm it, should be denied.
Author's note: God bless America, in the name of Jesus Christ. It is the standard of love, selfless and eternal. It is the standard of the righteous, where the difference between good and bad and right and wrong can be understood. Where we have a rock to build upon, and a place of both sustenance and clarity to revel in joy. It is a place where we can do unto others as we would like them to treat us, the difference between revenge and justice, where we are responsible not only by what we do as individuals but what we trust others to do in our name. It gives us the moral right to say no, that enough is enough, and the strength to stand fast in a world seething with evil intent. It is our best hope, the light in our minds, and the strength in our arms.

…Invisible from beneath the surface lens, he looks to be a floating feather-cloud above the reeds.
…Minnow and Molly’s silvered streaks play at his stick legs, standing indiscernible against the clear blue sky.
…With splayed feet he walks with the rhythm of a swaying breeze on the soft loam of wet sandy mud.
…Bejeweled golden-green eyes bulge forward in focus, his neck cocked and powerfully coiled.
…A slow motion parody of snow-white breast and polished dagger-beak blurs in a transition of ebony and ivory as he strikes.
…Balanced in a perfect niche they slide wiggling live down his long white neck, so quick that the others are seemingly unaware of the movement.
…He guards his territory rive with a gulling threat of flashing wing and a rushing parry.
…Suddenly, with a squawk and a short bound he is aloft on powerful pale ailerons, searching for a safe perch in the deepening dusk of late afternoon.
…Alone in the day’s hunting, they now flock together in radiant lines on a rose colored sky.
…Contemporaneously they sit with conversing cackle on the high branches of familiar swamp trees; starlit sentinels that wait the dawn as luminous orbs.
Israel, you want peace in the Middle East? Here is what you can do...By: Ken LaRive
We live in peace as Cajuns here in Lafayette, Louisiana, and consider Acadiana our Cajun homeland. Predominately Catholic, we live in peace with all. We did not demand Nova Scotia to accept us back at gunpoint, or France, and Catholics indeed consider themselves chosen too. We live by the law of the land, and the Love that Jesus taught, unlike the secular atheists who now call themselves Zionists... who use violence to exist.
2.) Stop Imperialism, and withdraw into your defined borders. Church and State is not the American way. If you want land, buy it, and with your own money. It should be my idea to help you, and I should not be forced if you do not represent my values, or what is good for America.
3.) Do not use high explosives in densely populated areas. Every time you kill an innocent child or person, you are creating more hate for you, and me, that will last generations. The use of Phosphor is to illumine a night sky during war, and not to burn alive 1,500 people in one afternoon. Don't create monsters, and then act surprised when they turn to bite back.
4.) Become a True Republic based on Law, with a Constitution and Bill of Rights, where all religions and peoples are recognized as one. America backs you now and has for 66 years, so why do you wipe your boots on what we stand for?
5.) Have a proper judicial system patterned on the justice of US and international law. Hear grievances in an open forum, and make it public. Become accountable for your actions. If you don’t want to be held responsible for crimes against humanity, do not commit them. Make the Israel Motto “What goes around comes around,” and perhaps you will see the problem, and how to fix it. It is a universal law, the law of cause and effect.
6.) Stop threats of complete nuclear annihilation of countries, which promote fear and further division. There is nothing to cause more hate and discontent than to make threats against the very existence of a people. Fear is a tool of tyrants, and all tyrants will eventually fall, because Liberty is God-given, and not granted by you. You don’t like to be enslaved, so why do it to others?
Perhaps, if you would have saved the lives of those Ethiopian Christians who you turned back into the dessert calling them "sand niggers," they might have brought something sorely lacking in Israel, the teachings of Jesus Christ. "Love your neighbor as yourself. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Might be a good standard to carry.
7.) Stop spying and stealing American technology. Quit using the money we give you to lobby our politicians to give you more. It shows you care little or nothing for us Americans who are flipping this bill, as you play us for fools. Stop riding on the back of American taxpayers, and stand on your own two feet.
8.) Do what is right from this point on and the world might someday forgive you. There is a reason you are deemed the most hated race on earth. Make amends by becoming righteous, not only for your mostly secular regime, but for the good, right and liberty of all men... If you are truly a Jewish Homeland, promote and follow the teachings of your G-d, the Ten Commandments, the very basis of the Jewish-Christian laws of your primary friend and benefactor, America.A homeland can coexist with other religions who think Israel is the seat of their faith. A homeland can coexist with other homelands on the same property. A church state is war, a homeland is peace.
9.) Acknowledge that Israel is the birthplace of many religions, and respect that by stopping the wholesale desecration and destruction of meaningful religious sites for the sake of greed, the price of that property. Acknowledge the property that has been stolen, and give it back by returning both business, homes, and land you have taken at the point of a gun. Jesus talked about false Jews, and he also said: He who lives by the sword will die by it. Perhaps you should not desecrate the name of Jesus, as Christians have been your number one supporter to this time... Without America, you would be nothing.
10.) Don’t expect the world, or America, to back you if you are in the wrong. Some of them have a free press and know you by the work you do, recorded and posted. It is coming to light now here again in America, as Truth is again becoming important in spite of your efforts at falsehood. What you do is becoming more and more evident with growing resentment that your negative accountability is in our name. If we are going to go to WW3, we should look closely as to why, and many fingers are pointing to you around the world...
Look in the mirror. Total war since 1966? Could you be part of the problem? Want to be friends? Really?
