Trump, our last hope to take this country back without the guillotine

Laid out below are seven primary principles for Public Life. If we held our public officials to these seven standards alone, we the people could remain in charge. Under each one of these affirmations, I will list in italics how and why each have been breached and betrayed by most all public officials.

You will note here that each of these seven ideals listed, blend cohesively one into another. If one fails, all do. To safeguard our country from Tyranny, we must take an active stance, and forge as one to be the driving force. If we cannot muster that ability, if we are not allowed to control our birthright, our own destiny, we can only consider our country stolen, and our lives, and the lives of our children, enslaved.  Our founders emphatically told us, even before they signed the Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and Bill of Rights, that once liberty is lost, only bloodshed will get it back, by the blood of tyrants and patriots... This election, a vote for Trump, is the last ditch effort to once again gain our sovereignty, our Constitution, our civil liberty from Tyranny. Let us hope that the men in charge will see that the well is now dry for them, and withdraw. If they do not, one of us will be scrubbed from this earth. I assure you, it will not be the American Patriot.

Let us look into the dark mirror that defines the United States of America.

1. Selflessness

In order to be selfless, one must hold the most perfect LOVE as standard. It is described as the mindset of honor, where a Public Servant puts the good of Country, the good of its people before self. All decisions should be made entirely for the public interest, without any consideration for financial gain, or any benefit for self, family, or friends. This love has a name, it is called agape.

Reality...

Public Officials seek access to the corridors of power. They network and make decisions based on personal gain, seeking favors, and insider information to access abilities not seen by the common people. Well hidden, designed and well managed by a staff whose primary purpose is to deceive and screen, misinform and delude, they set themselves above the law by loopholes designed by mandate and secret obstructions.

2. Integrity

Honesty, honor, integrity, probity mean uprightness of character or action. Honesty implies a refusal to lie, steal, or deceive in any way. Honor suggests an active or anxious regard for the standards of one's profession, calling, or position. Integrity implies trustworthiness and incorruptibility to a degree that one is incapable of being false to a trust, responsibility, or pledge. Probity implies tried and proven honesty or integrity.

Reality

Men with dual citizenship and international financial allegiance to another country may put their interests before American welfare, and should be questioned.  Public Servants play in a system devised by a powerful mindset devised by their predecessor to maintain power and control, and that grows more substantial with each generation.  Seldom is there an audit if monetary gain, obligations are unmonitored, financial or otherwise, as incurred by the importance of that office. Commitment to an individual, country, organization, or corporation, is found to be the norm, unfiltered, unaccountable, and unanswered questions of conflict of interest  influences that may affect the performance of official duties go unchecked.

Campaigns are paid by special interests looking for favors after the election. Most all transactions are made without regard for the good of America, its future, or the people. We have laws and mandates that do not adhere to our constitution or Bill of Rights, that would otherwise fail if a national vote were taken The will of the people are ignored.  Our shrinking middle class, mounting national debt, unbridled spending, the printing of unsecured money, businesses moving offshore, taxes at every turn, are all indications of transactions and deals made by government officials for the benefit of international corporations and banking cartels who have them in their pocket. They are indicators of a unaccountable state, a shadow government who operates out of the bounds of law, and not for America's common good.

When Freedom of Information requests go unheeded, truth is thwarted, and no decision can be made to insure a mistake can be righted in the future. It also hides those who were primarily responsible for an act that has had profound ramifications for our safety, national treasure, and civil liberty.  An audit of Fort Knox has not been done in over fifty years. The Federal Reserve is unaccountable for what they print out of thin are, doubling our national debt in eight years, and an independent investigation of 911 is thwarted by those in power. These, and many more, are symptoms that we are under complete management, and truth is dictated and controlled by a corporate/government media.

We have a right to know what public authorities are up to, and how money is being spent. Finding a pallet of money sent without our knowledge to Iran is a case in point. Arming both side to a conflict, trading state secrets for favors or business opportunities should be considered traitorous, and dealt with severely, and yet it is done as standard procedure. All government officials should be given polygraphs yearly, drug tests, an audit of all assets acquired while in office, and five years afterward.

Those who betray our trust should be sent to Leavenworth.

3. Objectivity

Decisions and choices by Public Officials should be made entirely for the common good, and the future of America. All public business, including public appointments, awarding of contracts, or the recommendation of corporations, or individuals for contractual awards, rewards and or services, should be approved by Congress, or popular vote..

Reality

Government think tanks, and a hidden government movement call Common Purpose, use super computers to define an objective unrealized by voters, to control a situation, promote a change incrementally, seek scenarios to keep an agenda hidden, and to stay not only out of sight, but out of reach. The media is a primary target, where subliminal advertising manipulating ideologies, and independent accurate  investigative reporting of news and current affairs are thwarted by FCC License, and overwhelming propaganda designed to appeared truthful enslaves a trusting, ignorant of the facts, and distracted populous.

The Common Purpose 'graduates' who have infiltrated the BBC have destroyed the reputation that the BBC had among many for independent and accurate reporting of news and current affairs. And this deceit has all been funded by the BBC License Tax payer.  So scientifically formulated, a fifty-fifty balance of diverse ideologies can be maintained, taking the choice for a future leader out of the hands of the people. It is a rigged system, and out of all control, as the rules will change at the last minute to determine the outcome of any election...

Objectivity is judgment based on observable phenomena and uninfluenced by emotions or personal prejudices

4. Accountability

Holders of public office are held  accountable for their decisions and actions. They should be held accountable to the public, and must submit themselves to whatever scrutiny is appropriate to their office.

Reality

Under the guise of national security, few decisions of any consequence are ever revealed for public scrutiny, no matter what profound negative changes they have wrought. Three days prior to 911 United and American Airlines had an amazing increase of Put Options, that is, people betting the stock would go down. Though an investigation was performed, that information is sealed from view, and the transactions of those days have been deleted from the trading record. This indicates that there were those who had prior knowledge of this horrendous deed, and they are protected from view. From gun running, covert operations killing scientists in Iran,  trillions of missing and unaccountable money from the Pentagon, coups to dispose of duly elected presidents displaced by a corporate puppet dictator all around the world, and much more, goes on without the knowledge or consent of Americans, who think we have a Republic based on Constitutional Law. We do not. We now have an Oligarchy, and that is not taught in our government-owned schools.

5. Openness

Holders of public office should be as open as possible about all the decisions and actions that they take. They should give reasons for their decisions and restrict information only when considering wider public interests, and yet, clearly recorded for posterity when demanded.

Reality:

One may take any of the above defined realities and apply it here.  At this time in history, both here in America and in Europe, similar unaccountable meetings secretly discuss our future, world manipulation, and without even remedial representation from the influenced masses. Little or no consideration is given to the welfare of those affected, and the so-called elitists set themselves up to be superior, and of primary value. In essence, those who are harmed are considered collateral damage... Chatham House rules effectively mean that meetings are held in secret with no visible agenda, records or accountability. Hardly a recipe for 'Open Government.' Bankers, Corporations, and the most powerful governments meet periodically to discuss the very future of mankind, while we sit in the comfort of our AC, looking at our black box for truth, and directions. If you want, check out the link above to see your master's handiwork.   Or not...

6. Honesty

Holders of public office have a duty to declare any private interests relating to their public duties and to take steps to resolve any conflicts arising in a way that protects the public interest.

Reality:

This does not exist, if it can not be verified.

7. Leadership

It is said that holders of public office should promote and support all of these principles by leadership and example. A leader is said to have the most value for the people when followed, and when people are threatened by fear or violence, collusion such as voluntary servitude... that power cannot be regarded as anything but a dictator, and that government totalitarian in nature.

Reality

What we have today are so called leaders who change basic principle without authority. They can be considered nothing less than traitors, and yet they are of such primary importance, protected by what can only be called their handlers, that they are mostly beyond the law. Hillary Clinton is a case in point. A Common Purpose quote: "People who lead beyond their authority can produce change beyond their direct circle of control".

"Leading beyond authority can mean acting ultra vires. Ultra vires is a legal concept. It is Latin for 'beyond the powers'. It can apply to any body which has rules, such as a charity or a local authority. An ultra vires act is one that is outside the specified and/or implied constitutional objects and powers of the body in question. It is 'beyond the powers' and therefore illegal."

Also, what are the implications of 'leading beyond authority' for services which require a hierarchical management structure to ensure discipline and cohesion, like the armed forces and police which can be manipulated from within for political purposes?

Today we are finding that most all of our elected leaders are incapable of leading by example. They have been bought and paid for, in most cases, before they were elected. This mistrust by a few who are waking up, is the primary reason Donald Trump is doing so well in the polls. He is considered by many to be the last benign attempt to wrest power from an entity so entrenched in the superstructure of America, they can double our national debt, bring us into another lucrative World War, enslave our minds by lies, deceit, and induced fear, and do anything at all by printing money out of thin air. That sir, is true power. They are capable of anything at all, to stay in control, and they care nothing for America because they are international, global entities, lawless, and beyond human ken.

It seems true, if the past is any indication of the future, that we will more likely be turned to white ashes before anything taken will be returned, from our Constitution, Civil Liberty, or the debt slavery that is now our epitaph, and our children's future heritage. So well orchestrated, they will buy up what is left for pennies on the dollar, as any carpetbagger would, while we watch football and porn. What we have become, as individuals, and as a nation, is not entirely their fault. That responsibility rests mostly on the backs of irresponsible, myopic, ignorant, and weak-natured men and women who have given not only their country, but their very souls to the Country store, owned by big brother.

Harsh words, but this epiphany are written in every holy book devised by men on this beautiful and scared earth: We will all get just what we deserve. Yes, there is always hope, but what we face as a nation has never been resolved peacefully. Never in the history of mankind. Our Constitution was formulated and given to protect us from Tyranny, but that is contingent on our demand of it, and with each generation. It was an optimistic gift of hope, that we would see the value of it, and that it would define us as a nation. Look around, and you tell me... How did that turn out?

Seems evident that we as a people can make little dent on the powers that control us. Without a leader, we will just be a footnote in a rewritten history. Look around, and you tell me... Why do the powers that be hate him so much? Better protect him, or he will be extinguished, like all of the others who have opposed the status quo.  Might never have this opportunity again, for a long long time...

I don't see any remnant of our Republic based on Constitutional law to survive the first 100 days of a Hillary Clinton Presidency. We will have civil unrest not witnessed since the Civil War, and the ensuing martial law will be the final blow to a devolving America. America will survive, but it will not be anything like what our founders envisioned, unless we win.

Dogs, and the Muslim with short pants

My old dog Dutch, rolling in the grass. I miss him.

A few days back I deleted someone on FB who had been commenting positively on many of my essays and postings for months. I went on his page and he was posting what I consider abject horror, one after the other. A young black man sticking his finger in a bowl of lighter fluid to light his cigarette, spilled the entire bowl on his lap. It was horrible to watch as he and a friend tried to put that fire out. It escalated when his cloths caught fire.  I remember his screams, and I still do. He (my FB friend), and his friends, thought it was so funny...

On the side bar, there seemed to be an endless stream of such videos, and I clicked on one of them with a puppy. It was a little dog hurt on a dusty road and unable to stand. A car slowly turned its wheel and rolled over its legs. I can't get the image out of my head.  The dog at first whimpered and then tried to bite the tire, and they backed up, and did it again. I turned it off, but it isn't off... and even though I unfriended him, blocked him, that image is still there. It was there when I woke up this morning...

Loving Muslims

But I have one thing to say about that. Here in America we love animals, and dogs especially.  I could hear the men who were doing this, and they seemed to be speaking Arabic.  I see that there is a concerted effort to get us to hate Muslims these days, and what an amazing way to promote hatred for an entire race or religion. Just like my father hated Japs, and Kikes, and I hated gooks, today we are being promoted to hate Muslims... If you put a subtitle under such a video saying all Muslims hate dogs, an ignorant person will hate every Muslim they see after that, and for the rest of their lives...

I have traveled to four predominately Muslim countries, as I drilled for oil, and I worked with all kinds of cultures, from Nigerians, Filipinos, French, Mexicans, Scots, and hundreds more. I have sat and talked with them all, giving them respect, as they gave it back.

I have seen dogs in every country, even the Muslim countries, like Saudi, Tunisia, Equatorial Guinea,  and India. I have never seen anyone ever abusing one. The first fight I ever got into as a teen, was pulling a guy out of his car who was dragging a cat by the neck tied to his bumper. His three friends knew better not to get involved, because I was pretty angry...

Once I was walking with a friend in Equatorial Guinea returning from a produce market, a dog got hit on the street by a speeding truck. It broke his back leg, and he hopped to the sidewalk holding it up dangling, yelping in pain. I looked around at the people. Everyone on the street, hundreds, all stopped what they were doing and looked horrified. Good and loving people full of empathy, and all of them Muslim. Don't be coerced to believe that all Muslims are evil.

I once had a Muslim boss who broke out into tears as we talked into the night. He said: "I can't believe that Americans have three thousand abortions per day. How can they kill those children?"

A few days later I saw him coming to the pits to visit with me. His pants were so short they came over his work boots, and I asked him why. He thought the question was incredible,  and he stood there thinking about how to answer it.

"It is because I love Jesus." He said. "Jesus is our most revered prophet, and very well respected. We try to emulate his amazing Love for humanity, and his humbleness as well.  He was a humble man. Not God, just a good and Loving man inspired by God, and when we saw that he washed feet, it stays in the heart of many Muslims.  My short pants are a reminder of that."

Do not be fooled. Not all of what you see is real. Learn by travel. Learn by asking empowering questions, and waiting for empowering answers. Give respect for anything you do not understand, and take the time to attempt to learn it. It will open a facet in your mind and heart where the light of truth will enter.

The world is complex, and we are being played on our presumptions based on ego and ignorance.  It is taught in both the Christian Bible and the Koran, to love your neighbor as yourself, and yet there is a duality in both, a convolution that is your responsibility to learn. Judge not, is found in both...

God bless us, one and all.

The world is all attitude. It is what you make of it. It is what you create from the Love in your heart, or the evil in your heart. It is the dreams you dream, or the nightmares you formulate.... It is the truth you hold in your heart, by your own volition, or the lies and unfounded faith of others you hold as your own. No one is responsible for you, but you. No one can control you. No one can hurt you, unless you let them.

Vietnamese swamp-ghosts on a Louisiana rig 1988

Vietnamese swamp-ghosts on a Louisiana rig 1988
October 26, 2011 8:00 AM MST

It started in 1983. The oilfield suddenly crashed and burned. After years of wondering why in the middle of it all, ...we knew nothing. Not even my many bosses, local newspapers or oilfield publications... Louisiana banks went bust, contacts diminished, and I went from sales to the field and then in the unemployment line confused and angry. I had a family to feed.

Photo by Ken LaRive, Louisiana 1988 Derrick-man

We know now in hindsight that Ronald Ragan used the oilfield to destroy the USSR. With disinformation, a Russian Vietnam called Afghanistan, they fought to secure and protect an unfinished pipe-line. It had overextended them, and it all came to a head with an artificially deflated oil price, stimulated by our Saudi friends. They did this by opening up valves and flooding the market. As the price of a bbl of oil dropped, Russia drowned in debt, as the American Oilfield simultaneously went belly up. Louisiana and Texas disintegrated to bear bones, just as we as a nation are on the verge of doing right now. Living though those times it seems evident that it wouldn't take much more to send us there... and it is just as intentional today as it was back then.

One local entrepreneur made a bit of money selling a new bumper sticker. It read, LAST ONE OUT TURN OUT THE LIGHTS. He was one of the very few remaining profiteers. Most others were in dire straits.

In my world, I did anything I could to put food on the table, from house painting to cutting grass, then one day I got a phone call from an old friend. He heard of my plight and asked if I would be willing to relocate to the Cayman Islands for a couple of years with my family. Closing my home, we put everything in storage and left, sight unseen....

But this isn't a story of our adventures there, but an event that happened soon after returning home. I've refreshed my memory of those times from my 1988 journal, and would like to share it. I mention what happened above to set the stage for what followed.

With only about ten percent of the rigs active, some drilling companies moth-balled the smaller ones right where they had last drilled. One of these had been sitting idle in the middle of the Atchafalaya Swamp for nearly three years. There is a set procedure to stack a rig, and I can't say I understand its intricacies, but it can sometimes take weeks to get it up and running again. No matter how hard they try, however, salt damage and humidity might lock it up beyond repair, and those big mud pumps and engines would have to be replaced.

The boat ride was approximately two hours from the landing flat out. With coordinates and maps the operator sent engineers and technicians to survey the situation to get it reanimated, but long before they got there they could see it already was. They couldn't get into the narrowly dredged quarter mile long barge channel because of several Lafitte fishing boats tied end to end. From that distance they heard the motors running smoothly, saw that the lights were on, and even smelled cooking. They also reported that they could hear children's laughter... a crowd of men could be seen observing them on the hello-pad.

The small group of company men turned their aluminum flat-bottom work-boat around and made it back to the landing where their radio calls had the local authorities waiting. They reported that it looked like several Vietnamese families had taken up residence there. Nets were being repaired on the rig floor and pipe deck, and the galley and living quarters seemed to be alive with people. It was speculated that it was being used as a base for fishermen between the Gulf of Mexico and their mainland home.

It wasn't until the next day when the first recon of the area was organized, first by plane and then by several police boats who had a lot of trouble locating it. The engineers stayed at the landing waiting for their people from Houston, also thinking there might be hostility, and by mid-afternoon some of the authorities radioed back with strange news. They had finally arrived, but could find no one on the location.

Suddenly this inland barge rig was flooded with oilfield personnel of every kind, including the operator's front office. Questions and accusations came from every direction with the attempt to find answers as to how this could have happened, and who was responsible on both sides of the fence. But there was so much internal ciaos from demotions to layoffs in those days, responsibility was easily dismissed.

An insurance company representative combed over the situation from his perspective, writing it all down on his long yellow note pad, but there was no precedence for such a happening... Millions of dollars of equipment had been used unlawfully, and seemingly for a long time, but they could find no damage.

It looked like the engines have been well maintained, and at first glance it was thought the use had been minimal, until they opened the freezer and coolers. It reeked of seafood. IADC reports indicated that it was ordered that everything was to be disinfected from top to bottom, new linen, new mattresses, and all fresh water tanks purged and sanitized. It took weeks.
It was found that the fresh water tank was nearly full with about a week's worth of diesel. It seemed to indicate that whomever had made this their home thought they would be staying awhile longer.

After several weeks of maintenance, service hands were called out to rig up their equipment, and my mud company sent out a fluid hand. He ordered chemicals and supplies to mix spud, but never got the chance to start. A week later I showed up and directed the hands to start cleaning pits and to mix Premium Wyoming Bentonite with a bit of lime to flocculate, and we finally spudded in.

The tool pusher was an old friend of mine. We had worked on several projects together. One day in his office he opened his bottom drawer and pulled out a black and white teddy bear. He had found it in his locker. He put it on the sill of his window and it was the topic of a lot of speculative conversation. It was about the only evidence that the engineers were right, that women and children had also found this home.

Strange, but it is after the fact you start putting pieces together... I remember being on the rig floor one night and seeing lights in the swamp, but when I pointed it out to a roustabout it was dark again. Another time on the shale shaker I could have sworn I saw someone observing us from a distance, but it got too dark to see.

Several other times we observed the lights of boats moving slowly on the ship channel, but as they flashed spotlights, no one gave it much thought. It wasn't unusual to see gator hunters, even craw fisherman looking at their fresh water traps, even at night.

We TDed the first interval without a problem, and the casing hands were called out to run it. It was a full house, and my turn to relax. I had supper with the day crew, watched a bit of TV, and with permission called home on the Company Man's phone, in those days before cell phones...
I had a room to myself that night, as the cementer was up on the rig floor prepping for a cement job. I turned out the lights and don't remember a thing until about five o'clock when someone came into my room and turned on the lights.

"Ken! Wake up! You okay?"

"Okay?" I said in a trance.

"Get up, get dressed... Something has happened you got' a see."

I pulled my coveralls on, my boots, and went out into the hall rubbing my eyes. The entire crew, both day and night, both company reps, and all service men were standing in the TV room and hall. I said to myself. "Oh crap, there has been an accident!" but when I got there I saw only sober faces, nervous laughter, and something one doesn't see often with these seasoned men, fear.

In the dead of night, while I and about nine other men slept, and about 20 or so men were busy on the rig floor, our refrigerators, our walk in freezers, our produce cooler, all of it, had been emptied. It had been done quickly, and without a sound. No one saw or heard a thing.
As the sun started to light up the horizon we all made a thorough search of the area to determine how this could have happened. We found one of the two boat skippers sound asleep on his boat. He had slept with his radio on, and thought that the reason he had not heard anything. He seemed the most nervous and agitated of all. They must have tied up next to him, and it was amazing he hadn't awakened, he said. It was dismissed that it could have been done overland.

Other things were missing too, like a large box of Community Coffee, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels... and suddenly the real gravity of this deed hit home. How many men did it take to do such a thing was questioned and determined by the same men who had stocked it just weeks before. Two hours for six men was the estimation... wait a minute I said in that meeting, are you saying 12 man hours? That's right they said... or it is possible that a 10 man relay could do it, if they humped, in about 1/2 hours. A ten man relay from the kitchen, down the hall, down the stairs, to an awaiting boat big enough to haul, and all done without a sound... it seemed impossible. Still does.

The rig was shut down, something I had never seen before without a major mechanical failure or a spectacular personnel accident. We ate defrosted ham-roll on white bread that was left behind, but could not find one bottle of mustard. Then one of the hands said it out loud...
"We could have all been killed in our bunks!" And everyone shook their heads in agreement. The idea that someone could and would come aboard a rig of very capable men seemed absurd. What kind of men would have the guts to do that! It was mentioned more than once that they must have been armed. As no one is allowed a weapon on an American rig, we would have been at their mercy, and we all looked at each other as that thought sank in...

Days later we were resupplied and uncontaminated, and the casing job was up and running again. They left the rig in laughter, shaking their heads as they jumped aboard the relief boat. Soon after the tool pusher announced a meeting in his office over a crackling loud speaker. The cementer was sitting on his sofa, and I came in followed by the company man and the new directional driller, who was asked to close the door. No one said anything for a couple of minutes as the company man looked at cement logs to discuss, but the tool pusher suddenly stood up and pointed to his window. Rigid and frozen he pointed, and we all huddled to see into the swamp. Then it hit me. He wasn't pointing outside at all. He was pointing to the spot on the sill where that black and white teddy bear had been sitting for weeks. It was gone.
