I am an American by both right and privilege

These rights and privileges are mine:

I may think as I please. What I hold in my mind belongs entirely to me.

I may speak and write as I please, so long as I do not interfere with the rights of others to do the same. However, the promotion of unwarranted and unjustified hatred, promoted by propaganda and overt lies should not be tolerated in a society where Liberty from Tyranny is sought.  Truth should be our primary goal, as without it no viable decision can be made...

I have the right to vote. By my vote I choose the public officers who are really my servants.  No corporation conglomerate, banking consortium, or international government should be allowed to influence, pressure, coerce, or select any elected official, and no dual citizen should ever be allowed to hold public office. When we allow any of this, our country no longer belongs to we the people.

I have the right to choose my work, and to seek any job for which my experience and ability have fitted me. No person should be chosen by government mandate, be it race or creed, over those more qualified.  Integration or segregation should be chosen entirely by the individual, as the promotion of conscious awareness should not be influenced by government, and yet, all individuals, including myself, are protected by our Bill of Rights and our Constitution...

I have the right to try to improve my lot through various means, but those decisions and repercussions are my responsibility only. Government has no jurisdiction to bail me out...

I have the right to a prompt trial by jury if I should be accused of a crime, with due process according to our Democratic Republic based on Constitutional Law.

I may seek justice in the courts where I have equal rights with others.

I have the privilege of sharing in the benefits of many of the natural resources of my country, but I have no right to any of them. At the end of this essay I will explain why...

I may educate my children in free schools, government run, or choose to educate my children in any way I deem fit, including home school, private or parochial. However, there should be some form of universal or common criteria and testing as a gauge of accomplishment, for participation in the market place. If that form of education does not ascribe to the general description of what a formal edification is, a free market should not be mandated to hire them.

I have the right to worship as I think best, so long as I do not inhibit others of a differing mindset to do the same.  Faith is very precious and personal, and no religion should demean or make demands on another faith...  unless however, that faith threatens me personally, or my ability to worship as I see fit.  Respect for the differences of faiths are universal in a free and open society, and those who cannot coexist extracted.

I have the right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." These are great aspirations, but in no way are they guaranteed, and though rights and privileges can be held accountable by law...  happenstance, chance, accidents and coincidences can thwart a positive outcome, and so cannot be assured.  I am responsible for my decisions, and no one but me accountable for my mistakes, or an accident.

Author's note: It is good to contemplate the difference between what is held as a right, and what is defined as a privilege.  Different mindsets can ascribe the origin of a right fundamentally, but most will agree that it is not granted my men, their laws, or even a mandate. People of faith seem to agree that it is God given, and others that it is universal, natural, and fundamental to what we ascribe as human. An assessment of privilege, however, takes another road, and I think most all will agree that it originates from civilization, or society, and yet, not always considered of the highest order, as promoted by morals and ethics.  An example of rights might be freedom of speech, and a privilege akin to having a driver's license... sure, it is our duty to learn these things, to discuss, debate,  and ponder them to the point of truth.  Sometimes in our society, however, we seem to mix up these two concepts, and the ongoing abortion debate is a case in point. Is having an abortion a right, or a privilege? If one cannot draw the line on where a life begins, isn't it immoral to guess? And so, that particular law, protecting the mother's right to choose, is not ascribed by morals and ethics, but by man-made mandate.

"Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more."

"The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are."

2016 Second Quarter Market Retrospection

Not the same game as '83

                                                                               Conan

Equity markets managed to edge higher in spite of a hodgepodge of challenges this second quarter, 2016. Some have suggested that equity values were propped up by stable oil prices, with continued improvements in housing, consumption, and of course overt government spending. Yes, the national debt continued to rise, printing money out of thin air, and though some said oil prices were stable, to me, flat does not mean strength. We need at least $65 per bbl, with a stability of at least six months for investment of any significance to return.  $45 just won't cut it, and Saudi is still flooding the market with cheap oil... They hope to damage Iran, China, and Russia... but it isn't the same game as in 1983, and unless someone comes along with business savvy as our Commander in Chief, we will all lose.

Iran wasn't a viable player back then, still reeling from The Shaw, our puppet dictator, and the Leviathan, British Petroleum, who grew as fat as a tick steeling their primary natural resource, oil and gas, creating a church state eventually powerful enough to fight back. This time around, our new "axis of evil," are bypassing the Central Banking Cartel by doing deals in Gold. Amazing how our current enemies are the ones who oppose central banking, and we are collectively propelled into another war.... In the process of these big boy games, our North American Oil Patch infrastructure is dissolving, with massive layoffs that will take years to recover. People power will have to be retrained, from the wide assortment of engineers to the army of worker bees, and as this is devastating to both families and our economy, it is also grossly unreported... from the Midwest, to the Rockies and the Deep South.  If it wouldn't be for Texas' diversity, people giving up working for a living, and a growing government, job growth, as reported by Obama, would be a negative. Yes, a Progressive mindset, on both sides of Washington's dog and pony show.

Here is a short history of Iran, and how we helped to create what it is today...

The why of the truth

Back in '83 we only had about a four trillion national debt. With a weakened enemy, the USSR, they defaulted on Central Banking debt after their Vietnam, Afghanistan, was pounded by our well-armed CIA operative and Sunni Islamist, Osama bin Laden, and his new army called Al Qaeda, founded in 1988.

Decades of cold war spending and the desperation to build a pipeline through Afghanistan, was thwarted by our network of Islamic extremists, that grew out of control. They were called Salafist lihadists, and designated as a terrorist group by the United Nations Security Council, the North Atlantic Organization (NATO), The EU, The US, Russia, India, France, and many more.

This time, however, times have changed... Today we have over 19 trillion in debt, systemically flat broke, and yet the Progressives want to make a vaulted debt ceiling, hoping to reach 21 trillion by year's end. Thought to be a virtual suicide, some are fighting back, like BREXIT, and Iceland. Brittan has withdrawn from the EU, and Iceland has arrested their Central Bankers as traitors, recently forgiven the debt. More than likely, you won't hear any of that from our nationalized media, orchestrated by an oligarchy who writes our epitaph in their black bottom line.

No Crystal Ball, just insider trading...

May gave us a weak labor report, taking June's rate hike off the table for the Fed, with an equities boost, but late in the quarter there was about a week of real panic, stimulating selling, as the Brits voted to leave the EU. The doomsday scenario, as promoted by our friendly international banking cartel, fizzled after just two days, and the market rebounded quickly and positively, to the surprise of fearful speculators, or so it seems.

In the middle of doom's day, black box ads suggested an eminent Armageddon, and for some select few, the second coming, in spite of dire warning from silver and gold houses and Ron Paul's new voice with Stanberry, third quarter equities surged to new heights.  There was even a positive shift towards growing employment, but some suggested it to be a bogus manipulation. The price of gold and silver, as with all precious metals attached to currency, is thought to be manipulated too, and that, as I have suggested before, job growth are little more than new Federal Job conscriptions; dying worker motivation as they withdraw from the pool.  And yet, whatever it actually was, a modest gain in economic growth was reported.

Surely, diluting our money with almost 10 trillion, unsecured, doubling the national debt since Obama was in office, should stimulate significant inflation. How this didn't happen suggests a powerful guiding hand, as it is a historical truth that gold and silver will rise with inflation, and called a strategic hedge that can save our bacon in a down turn. But not this time, it seems, as something else is amiss.

The Federal Reserve is not accountable to anyone, and what they do is hidden from view. Perhaps this is the reason we cannot look into Fort Knox for fifty years, or do a full audit on the Federal Reserve? Transparency might prove us insolvent, finding our gold is allocated, and our National lands and resources as well, both used as collateral for international concerns.  Letting Russia mine for uranium, is a case in point.

What would Americans do if they found their national treasure squandered? What could we do if we found that the Oligarchy that displaced or Democratic Republic based on Constitutional Law, was complacent in the biggest heist in history?  What if you found that the emails of our most powerful and trusted servant were scrubbed?

Winners, and election speculation...

Asset classes, such as, small cap U.S. equities and emerging markets, surprisingly has led the way this quarter, after disappointing and lackluster past performances. Some are suggesting that this has caused a valuation imbalance, and taking notice by investors, but I think the singular, most powerful motivator for the market going into the fourth quarter will be speculation on who will win the election. There is a vast difference of opinion as to what the market turn will take.  For me, a good bet would be LNG, Cheniere Energy, no matter who wins. Indeed, it is complicated, but I see a long term win something akin to buying railroad stock in 1845.  If Trump wins, however, though markets may flounder immediately in uncertainty, by the second quarter of 2017 it will catapult forward with new market potential, and something far more powerful, unbridled optimism. I for one will celebrate by buying two new cars, something I could not afford under Obama, and his Progressive Socialistic Plantation.

Let me reiterate...

Yes, some are predicting the largest reset in American history, and buying precious metals a hedge to thwart this so-called inevitable calamity.  Some are continuing to play marbles, while others are trading them for tangible assets. Traditionally, when an economy crashes, precious metals soar, but this bump has apparently not been big enough to become evident.  Even a minimalist will see that if you double the national debt, inflation should double too. If it does not, a powerful hand is controlling that. No one talks about where we may sell our hidden stash, as our world crumbles.  Have we doubled our store of gold and silver? It is a thought, but something relatively taboo to consider these days... Perhaps, at least for a short time, bullets may be of primary value in our new world, and the first wave will indeed be a revelation in a humanity morphing into the malignancy of complacency, and trust in authority.

The Death Of Liberty

Liberty

"Religion can never reform mankind because religion is slavery. It is far better to be free, to leave the forts and barricades of fear, to stand erect and face the future with a smile. It is far better to give yourself sometimes to negligence, to drift with wave and tide, with the blind force of the world, to think and dream, to forget the chains and limitations of the breathing life, to forget purpose and object, to lounge in the picture gallery of the brain, to feel once more the clasps and kisses of the past, to bring life's morning back, to see again the forms and faces of the dead, to paint fair pictures for the coming years, to forget all Gods, their promises and threats, to feel within your veins life's joyous stream and hear the martial music, the rhythmic beating of your fearless heart. And then to rouse yourself to do all useful things, to reach with thought and deed the ideal in your brain, to give your fancies wing, that they, like chemist bees, may find art's nectar in the weeds of common things, to look with trained and steady eyes for facts, to find the subtle threads that join the distant with the now, to increase knowledge, to take burdens from the weak, to develop the brain, to defend the right, to make a palace for the soul. This is real religion. This is real worship."

For me, I have shed the colored robe of fear, and replaced it with wonder. I have replaced my dependence on man-made faith with a singular thought: I do not know.

I choose to stand on my own two feet, and to look out upon this stretch of time as my own. I take full responsibility, and have no need to brace myself on the ideals of another man, or his institution. I know the concept of selfless love, and that was not found in the eyes of many men I have known... always looking for payment. You see, I know that I do not know, and I also know that I do not have the ability to know. Only faith can fill that void, and so, I choose to be an empty vessel. A vessel I will fill. With that, I can travel this life unfettered, unchained, and nothing is more Liberating. Nothing has given me more strength, Nothing has given me more volition, and yes, purpose. It is called Liberty.

Trump, our last hope to take this country back without the guillotine

Laid out below are seven primary principles for Public Life. If we held our public officials to these seven standards alone, we the people could remain in charge. Under each one of these affirmations, I will list in italics how and why each have been breached and betrayed by most all public officials.

You will note here that each of these seven ideals listed, blend cohesively one into another. If one fails, all do. To safeguard our country from Tyranny, we must take an active stance, and forge as one to be the driving force. If we cannot muster that ability, if we are not allowed to control our birthright, our own destiny, we can only consider our country stolen, and our lives, and the lives of our children, enslaved.  Our founders emphatically told us, even before they signed the Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and Bill of Rights, that once liberty is lost, only bloodshed will get it back, by the blood of tyrants and patriots... This election, a vote for Trump, is the last ditch effort to once again gain our sovereignty, our Constitution, our civil liberty from Tyranny. Let us hope that the men in charge will see that the well is now dry for them, and withdraw. If they do not, one of us will be scrubbed from this earth. I assure you, it will not be the American Patriot.

Let us look into the dark mirror that defines the United States of America.

1. Selflessness

In order to be selfless, one must hold the most perfect LOVE as standard. It is described as the mindset of honor, where a Public Servant puts the good of Country, the good of its people before self. All decisions should be made entirely for the public interest, without any consideration for financial gain, or any benefit for self, family, or friends. This love has a name, it is called agape.

Reality...

Public Officials seek access to the corridors of power. They network and make decisions based on personal gain, seeking favors, and insider information to access abilities not seen by the common people. Well hidden, designed and well managed by a staff whose primary purpose is to deceive and screen, misinform and delude, they set themselves above the law by loopholes designed by mandate and secret obstructions.

2. Integrity

Honesty, honor, integrity, probity mean uprightness of character or action. Honesty implies a refusal to lie, steal, or deceive in any way. Honor suggests an active or anxious regard for the standards of one's profession, calling, or position. Integrity implies trustworthiness and incorruptibility to a degree that one is incapable of being false to a trust, responsibility, or pledge. Probity implies tried and proven honesty or integrity.

Reality

Men with dual citizenship and international financial allegiance to another country may put their interests before American welfare, and should be questioned.  Public Servants play in a system devised by a powerful mindset devised by their predecessor to maintain power and control, and that grows more substantial with each generation.  Seldom is there an audit if monetary gain, obligations are unmonitored, financial or otherwise, as incurred by the importance of that office. Commitment to an individual, country, organization, or corporation, is found to be the norm, unfiltered, unaccountable, and unanswered questions of conflict of interest  influences that may affect the performance of official duties go unchecked.

Campaigns are paid by special interests looking for favors after the election. Most all transactions are made without regard for the good of America, its future, or the people. We have laws and mandates that do not adhere to our constitution or Bill of Rights, that would otherwise fail if a national vote were taken The will of the people are ignored.  Our shrinking middle class, mounting national debt, unbridled spending, the printing of unsecured money, businesses moving offshore, taxes at every turn, are all indications of transactions and deals made by government officials for the benefit of international corporations and banking cartels who have them in their pocket. They are indicators of a unaccountable state, a shadow government who operates out of the bounds of law, and not for America's common good.

When Freedom of Information requests go unheeded, truth is thwarted, and no decision can be made to insure a mistake can be righted in the future. It also hides those who were primarily responsible for an act that has had profound ramifications for our safety, national treasure, and civil liberty.  An audit of Fort Knox has not been done in over fifty years. The Federal Reserve is unaccountable for what they print out of thin are, doubling our national debt in eight years, and an independent investigation of 911 is thwarted by those in power. These, and many more, are symptoms that we are under complete management, and truth is dictated and controlled by a corporate/government media.

We have a right to know what public authorities are up to, and how money is being spent. Finding a pallet of money sent without our knowledge to Iran is a case in point. Arming both side to a conflict, trading state secrets for favors or business opportunities should be considered traitorous, and dealt with severely, and yet it is done as standard procedure. All government officials should be given polygraphs yearly, drug tests, an audit of all assets acquired while in office, and five years afterward.

Those who betray our trust should be sent to Leavenworth.

3. Objectivity

Decisions and choices by Public Officials should be made entirely for the common good, and the future of America. All public business, including public appointments, awarding of contracts, or the recommendation of corporations, or individuals for contractual awards, rewards and or services, should be approved by Congress, or popular vote..

Reality

Government think tanks, and a hidden government movement call Common Purpose, use super computers to define an objective unrealized by voters, to control a situation, promote a change incrementally, seek scenarios to keep an agenda hidden, and to stay not only out of sight, but out of reach. The media is a primary target, where subliminal advertising manipulating ideologies, and independent accurate  investigative reporting of news and current affairs are thwarted by FCC License, and overwhelming propaganda designed to appeared truthful enslaves a trusting, ignorant of the facts, and distracted populous.

The Common Purpose 'graduates' who have infiltrated the BBC have destroyed the reputation that the BBC had among many for independent and accurate reporting of news and current affairs. And this deceit has all been funded by the BBC License Tax payer.  So scientifically formulated, a fifty-fifty balance of diverse ideologies can be maintained, taking the choice for a future leader out of the hands of the people. It is a rigged system, and out of all control, as the rules will change at the last minute to determine the outcome of any election...

Objectivity is judgment based on observable phenomena and uninfluenced by emotions or personal prejudices

4. Accountability

Holders of public office are held  accountable for their decisions and actions. They should be held accountable to the public, and must submit themselves to whatever scrutiny is appropriate to their office.

Reality

Under the guise of national security, few decisions of any consequence are ever revealed for public scrutiny, no matter what profound negative changes they have wrought. Three days prior to 911 United and American Airlines had an amazing increase of Put Options, that is, people betting the stock would go down. Though an investigation was performed, that information is sealed from view, and the transactions of those days have been deleted from the trading record. This indicates that there were those who had prior knowledge of this horrendous deed, and they are protected from view. From gun running, covert operations killing scientists in Iran,  trillions of missing and unaccountable money from the Pentagon, coups to dispose of duly elected presidents displaced by a corporate puppet dictator all around the world, and much more, goes on without the knowledge or consent of Americans, who think we have a Republic based on Constitutional Law. We do not. We now have an Oligarchy, and that is not taught in our government-owned schools.

5. Openness

Holders of public office should be as open as possible about all the decisions and actions that they take. They should give reasons for their decisions and restrict information only when considering wider public interests, and yet, clearly recorded for posterity when demanded.

Reality:

One may take any of the above defined realities and apply it here.  At this time in history, both here in America and in Europe, similar unaccountable meetings secretly discuss our future, world manipulation, and without even remedial representation from the influenced masses. Little or no consideration is given to the welfare of those affected, and the so-called elitists set themselves up to be superior, and of primary value. In essence, those who are harmed are considered collateral damage... Chatham House rules effectively mean that meetings are held in secret with no visible agenda, records or accountability. Hardly a recipe for 'Open Government.' Bankers, Corporations, and the most powerful governments meet periodically to discuss the very future of mankind, while we sit in the comfort of our AC, looking at our black box for truth, and directions. If you want, check out the link above to see your master's handiwork.   Or not...

6. Honesty

Holders of public office have a duty to declare any private interests relating to their public duties and to take steps to resolve any conflicts arising in a way that protects the public interest.

Reality:

This does not exist, if it can not be verified.

7. Leadership

It is said that holders of public office should promote and support all of these principles by leadership and example. A leader is said to have the most value for the people when followed, and when people are threatened by fear or violence, collusion such as voluntary servitude... that power cannot be regarded as anything but a dictator, and that government totalitarian in nature.

Reality

What we have today are so called leaders who change basic principle without authority. They can be considered nothing less than traitors, and yet they are of such primary importance, protected by what can only be called their handlers, that they are mostly beyond the law. Hillary Clinton is a case in point. A Common Purpose quote: "People who lead beyond their authority can produce change beyond their direct circle of control".

"Leading beyond authority can mean acting ultra vires. Ultra vires is a legal concept. It is Latin for 'beyond the powers'. It can apply to any body which has rules, such as a charity or a local authority. An ultra vires act is one that is outside the specified and/or implied constitutional objects and powers of the body in question. It is 'beyond the powers' and therefore illegal."

Also, what are the implications of 'leading beyond authority' for services which require a hierarchical management structure to ensure discipline and cohesion, like the armed forces and police which can be manipulated from within for political purposes?

Today we are finding that most all of our elected leaders are incapable of leading by example. They have been bought and paid for, in most cases, before they were elected. This mistrust by a few who are waking up, is the primary reason Donald Trump is doing so well in the polls. He is considered by many to be the last benign attempt to wrest power from an entity so entrenched in the superstructure of America, they can double our national debt, bring us into another lucrative World War, enslave our minds by lies, deceit, and induced fear, and do anything at all by printing money out of thin air. That sir, is true power. They are capable of anything at all, to stay in control, and they care nothing for America because they are international, global entities, lawless, and beyond human ken.

It seems true, if the past is any indication of the future, that we will more likely be turned to white ashes before anything taken will be returned, from our Constitution, Civil Liberty, or the debt slavery that is now our epitaph, and our children's future heritage. So well orchestrated, they will buy up what is left for pennies on the dollar, as any carpetbagger would, while we watch football and porn. What we have become, as individuals, and as a nation, is not entirely their fault. That responsibility rests mostly on the backs of irresponsible, myopic, ignorant, and weak-natured men and women who have given not only their country, but their very souls to the Country store, owned by big brother.

Harsh words, but this epiphany are written in every holy book devised by men on this beautiful and scared earth: We will all get just what we deserve. Yes, there is always hope, but what we face as a nation has never been resolved peacefully. Never in the history of mankind. Our Constitution was formulated and given to protect us from Tyranny, but that is contingent on our demand of it, and with each generation. It was an optimistic gift of hope, that we would see the value of it, and that it would define us as a nation. Look around, and you tell me... How did that turn out?

Seems evident that we as a people can make little dent on the powers that control us. Without a leader, we will just be a footnote in a rewritten history. Look around, and you tell me... Why do the powers that be hate him so much? Better protect him, or he will be extinguished, like all of the others who have opposed the status quo.  Might never have this opportunity again, for a long long time...

I don't see any remnant of our Republic based on Constitutional law to survive the first 100 days of a Hillary Clinton Presidency. We will have civil unrest not witnessed since the Civil War, and the ensuing martial law will be the final blow to a devolving America. America will survive, but it will not be anything like what our founders envisioned, unless we win.
